Sunday's Dinner

• Tonight's dinner is fish wrap with a beetroot, avocado, carrot, cheese salad in a whole grain wrap. Since having lap band I have not attempted to eat a wrap so this will be my first go, bare in mind my husband has lapband too so this dinner we are sharing.
