Non scale victory

Well this morning before hubby got ready for work, he decided he wanted to carry me on his shoulders and of course I shat myself. But it's such a massive NSV for both of us as I am able to sit on his shoulders and not have to worry I'm too heavy and for him he is strong and able to carry his wife on his shoulders and pose for a photo. It's the most amazing thing when the both of you can go through this journey of lapband together and achieve so many goals and so many NSVs together. (Our girl Roxy had to get in on the action too 😂😂) Hope you all have a wonderful Friday 😘❤️
