Fit pregnancy and returning to gym

So today I returned to the gym and had a pregnancy plan written up for me. It's nothing too strenuous but it's going to keep me fit during my pregnancy and for future. It felt good to return and be able to do lots of body weighted exercise to help my body not gain a stupid amount of weight but also to keep my mind healthy and my body healthy. I am pretty exhausted but that's got be expected when pregnant and having not done gym workouts for a few months since I was on rest due to a bleed we had at 6weeks (I will do another post about this) I was only aloud to do very small walks to keep active but nothing major. This morning Rob and I went for a 30minute walk then I did an hour at the gym of learning my new pregnancy fit program and now I'm downing curried egg and cheese and biscuits because this little dude makes me starving šš±š±.
